Ticlopidine

Ticlopidine is a drug used for its antiplatelet action. Like clopidogrel, it is an adenosine diphosphate receptor inhibitors . It is used in patients where aspirin is not tolerated. It has been reported to increase the risk of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP).
