Türkmenbaşy, or "Leader of all ethnic Turkmen", is:

• The self-proclaimed title of the president for life of the Republic of Turkmenistan, Saparmurat Niyazov.
• The city of Turkmenbashi, Turkmenistan, which he (Niyazov) renamed in his image.
