Ura Koyama

Ura Koyama (August 30, 1890 – April 5,2005) of Iizuka, Fukuoka, Japan, became the oldest person in Japan on the death of Mitoyo Kawate in November 2003.

By early December 2004 she had become the second-oldest documented person in the world. Some months later she died of pneumonia.
