Värmdö Municipality

Värmdö is a Municipality in Stockholm County, in central Sweden. The municipality covers an area of 438.5 km². Of the total population of 31,260, 15,829 are male, and 15,431 are female. The population density of the community is 71 inhabitants per km². The municipal seat is located in Gustavsberg.

During the summer the population more than doubles due to the large number of tourists and vacation houses.
