The 7^e arrondissement is one of the 20 arrondissements of Paris, France.

It is bordered by the Seine River on the north, and it is located on the Left Bank.

• Area: 4.088 km² (1.578 sq. miles, or 1,010 acres)

• Population:

For the most part, this arrondissement comprises expensive residential neighbourhoods and official buildings (ministries etc...), with very few shops; for this reason it is not very lively.

Important places include:

• the French National Assembly
• the Eiffel Tower
• the Hôtel Matignon
• the Champ de Mars
• the École Militaire
• the Hôtel des Invalides
