Vicente Blasco Ibáñez (January 29, 1867 - January 28, 1928) was a Spanish novelist, screenwriter and sometime film director.
Born in Valencia, he is best known for his twice-filmed World War I novel Los Cuatros Jinetes del Apocalipsis (The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse).
He died in Menton, France.
