Vorpal king is a humorous fictional character created by two Finnish artists which represents a modern parody of a world leaders.
The name is originated from a poem, Jabberwocky, by Lewis Carroll where the term Vorpal was first mentioned.
The fictional parody world of the Vorpal King represents an alien ageless humanoid who crashed into the earth after travelling from distant galaxy using the power of a steam-boat which was turned into warp-engine by the erupting of the volcano.
The parody has accumulated comics, a internet parody site, a board game Skulls & Waterholders (which is a parody of the famous Dungeons & Dragons roleplaying game) and fan literature.
The parody was first written in 1997 and has gained cult reputation in isolated groups.
