White City: A Novel is a solo album by Pete Townshend of The Who. The album was released in November 1985 on Alco.
The title refers to a story which accompanies the album and which takes place in the London area of White City. Townshend grew up in the same area and the disc also mentions he has written a film (screenplay?) based on the album and that it has been directed and "adapted for longform video" by Richard Lowenstein.
