Woodchuck cider

Woodchuck is a brand of hard cider produced by the Green Mountain Cidery in Middlebury, Vermont. The company sells several types of cider under this brand name, including:

  • Amber - a traditional New England cider
  • Dark & Dry - has caramelized sugar added, but still drier than Amber
  • Pear - a perry
  • Granny Smith - made from only Granny Smith apples
  • Raspberry - apple cider with a raspberry flavoring added.

They also formerly produced a variety called Colonial, which was aged in oak barrels, but it no longer seems to be available.
