If you are here because you have found a page that needs attention, please:
Check the resources for collaboration box on the right to make sure there is not a more appropriate page.
Consider adding a tag to the article instead of listing it here. See Wikipedia:Cleanup resources. This may reduce work in the long term.
If you want to do a traditional listing instead of tagging, please do so under the appropriate date heading below.
Some editors prefer that helpers work on leftovers and older articles first, just to deal with them and get them out of the way.
But either preference, new or old, all help is appreciated. If you have a cleanup routine, add your name and your routine preferences (how often, old/new articles, what subjects, etc ) to the cleanup routine list .
Infinity - writing is chatty and rambling. It seems, for example, that one long sentence starts out talking about Buzz Lightyear and ends up talking about transfinite cardinals. Carpenters: besides needing copy-ed, IMO there is enuf material for three short, coherant articles within this confusingly organized one: one abt the duo, and two bios. Note in any case that the bio secn is no bio but the childhood portion for one, and the organization by decades is offensive to the concept of recognizing the trends in order to tell a person's or group's chronology in terms of its natural units. Are we supposed to believe that this group, e.g., listened to Al Franken, and took it to heart that they would have to become something different from what they had been in the Me Decade , to succeed in the Al Franken Decade ? --Jerzy (t)
Sorry, Wrong Ed. The creator keeps removing the cleanup tag, but I just can't make any sense out of the article. Boob tube - currently a dictionary definition that thinks it's a disambiguation page.
A disambiguation page is supposed to link to other, more specific pages, not just act as a dictionary definition. As such, it is silly to have Tube top just linking to here. Moreover, Wikipedia is not a dictionary.
Three possible solutions:
If someone's in a position to create an adequate Tube top article, by all means do it, and then put back the link to it back on Boob tube.
Delete Tube top - then the link can be put back and Boob tube will be that little bit more like a dab page again
I tried my hand at improving this. I moved the redirect of Tube top to Shirt as there seems to be no disagreement about what a tube top is. It still may need, however, to be transfered to Wiktionary. -65.66.103.43 14:46, 20 Apr 2005 (UTC) (I'm sorry that my computer seems to be logging me out).

Some of us want to put in the information/wikify rather than deal untangling such problems. Quite a few of the French Cantons/Communes etc link up to disambiguation pages: could they be made easier to split up when information is provided? (And the French prefect lists in French could be translated - and set out consistently in both languages - does not need a knowledge of the language.)
Just pointing out a few other things that could be done - the French lists are inconsistently laid out etc.

Having criticised the notability aspect of many band articles, and been involved in the creation of many others, let me assure you that Thursday are certainly a noteable band by Wikipedia standards. The article is correct in holding them as one of the "largest bands in the underground scene." Added captions to pictures, restructured the headings into lists where required and wikified the bottom section. --Rapier Shade 17:14, 8 Mar 2005 (UTC)
I did some copyediting, but the way it's written doesn't lend itself to section-making. Needs a complete rewrite to sound less high-school-reportish. - dcljr 07:26, 9 Mar 2005 (UTC)
Streaming media: I cleaned up a POV rant and some paragraphs that were written like a bad high school essay, but there's still cleanup to be done. The sections need to be restructured, for one thing. RSpeer 15:35, Feb 28, 2005 (UTC)

Quite a few of the links from the French administrative units page could be reworked: the communes and other low level ranks are probably too many to create separate blank entries at present, but larger entities could be dealt with (disambiguation pages, the place Die etc).
If Wikipedia were not so slow these days it would be possible to list out some of the entries which need dealing with.
